Alheen.ae (الحين): a queue and token system for UAE businesses
Alheen.ae (الحين) is an upcoming walk-in queue and token system for service businesses in the UAE, built and run by Meta Pro Solutions. It is in pre-launch: businesses can join the free waitlist now, and the planned launch date is on the Alheen.ae website. Nothing can be used before launch.
What it will do at launch
- Tokens without a ticket machine — visitors will get a token at the front desk or join the queue by scanning a QR code with their own phone, with no app to install, and will see their live place in line.
- Calls in Arabic and English — staff will call the next token from any browser, and the waiting-room TV will show who is being served and announce each token aloud in Arabic and English.
- The TV you already have — the display will run on your TV with a low-cost Android TV or Google TV box, or a PC connected to it. Printed tickets are planned for later, not for launch.
- SMS and WhatsApp alerts — on the Business and Multi-branch plans, paid per message with prepaid credits.
Who it is for
Alheen.ae is planned for UAE businesses where customers walk in and wait: clinics, dental and physiotherapy centres, typing, PRO and business-service centres, car-service receptions and salons.

There will be a free plan for one location, and paid plans priced in UAE dirhams. Plans begin at launch; the current details are on the Alheen.ae pricing section. The name
الحين (alheen) is the everyday Gulf Arabic word for “now”. The product is always written Alheen.ae, and its tagline is “Your turn, right now” (دورك الحين). At launch, your queue data will be stored in the UAE.
