What services does Meta Pro Solutions provide?
We build and support custom software: mobile apps for iOS and Android, business websites and ecommerce stores, bespoke systems such as CRMs and workflow tools, and the integrations that connect them to what you already run. Alongside the build work we provide ongoing IT support, security consultancy and search engine optimisation.
Where are you based?
We are based in the Sharjah Publishing City (SPC) Free Zone in Sharjah, UAE, and work with clients across Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates. Most projects run remotely, with meetings on site or by video — whichever suits you.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on scope, and we would rather quote properly than guess. After a short discovery call we send a written scope with a fixed price and timeline, so there are no open-ended hourly bills. If a cheaper off-the-shelf product would serve you better, we will say so.
How long does a project take?
A focused first version is usually a matter of weeks to a few months; larger platforms are delivered in phases so you get something usable early. The most common cause of delay is waiting on content and decisions, so we agree those checkpoints before development starts.
Will we own the software and the source code?
Yes. On full payment the source code, designs and documentation are yours, along with access to the hosting and repositories. You are never locked in to us to keep your own system running.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Usually, yes. We integrate through documented APIs where they exist and agree a safe approach where they do not, so you keep the systems that work rather than replacing everything at once.
Can our data and application be hosted in the UAE?
Yes. Where regulation or internal policy requires data to stay in the country, we deploy to UAE regions of the major cloud providers or to infrastructure you control, and we document where data lives.
Do you support the software after it launches?
Yes. Support agreements cover monitoring, security patching, backups, fixes and an agreed amount of change work each month. Software is never finished, so we plan for the second year rather than treating go-live as the end.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often. We begin with a short technical audit of the existing code, then give you an honest view on whether to continue, refactor or rebuild — including the cost of each, even when the answer is not the one that earns us the most work.
How do we get started?
